Hyatt Place Phoenix-North Hotel

I liked it, including staff and location. The room met requirements, stocked with a king bed & fold out couch.

Didn't like the area, it was poor.

Fairly clean hotel with a nice reception.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully kept, had attentive staff and non-smoking rooms. Had hot drinks in the coffee bar in the evening.

It made our trip to Phoenix a nice experience. The hotel's setting was central.

It was excellent base for traveling to Phoenix, I was glad to stay there. I loved that the hotel was near to freeway and a great bookstore and a major highway.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this place. The hotel was overall clean, facilities were clean, ideal location very close to the freeway, Close to hot air balloon companies and a major highway.

Unbeatable location, freshly cooked breakfast, helpful staff, plus great wi-fi. I loved the room, the bed was great. Daily service was fantastic too.

It was fine time in Phoenix. The extra touches like muffins, pastries and hot waffles for breakfast, I loved it.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Phoenix, had much fun. Location: the hotel was just next door to highway, stores, Phoenix.

Simply perfect location, fab bar, COURTEOUS staff. Spotless and phenomenal hotel in North Mountain district. Carpeted and very specious room, incredibly large beds. Fast check-in & personalised service.

I loved my stay, just best. The room was amazing, the staff was charming, yummy food. Iron/ironing board, thick blackout curtains and closet space in the room, incredible location. Fairly clean hotel, excellent service.

Everything seemed fantastic, knowledgeable staff, newly remodelled rooms. Good breakfast, friendly service.

Such a real good experience. Hotel is fantastic, I liked exceptional location and staff. All in all it's overall clean place, they have amazing beds. It has free parking, coffee bar.

outstanding stay in the commercial area. the hotel was so clean with absolutely perfect location and good-sized rooms. the beds were really comfy, i slept well. lots of options, decent food.

Pleasant enough experience there. The staff was fabulously helpful and the room design was modern, beds were very comfortable. Coffee bar was small. Its pool was heated, we chilled out there when it was fine outside.

It was worth its 4 stars. It's perfect base for visiting some must see attractions in Phoenix. Greatly enjoyed coffee and fresh fruit at breakfast...

We would go back in flash anytime. Convenient base for a trip in Phoenix! 30 minutes by car from the airport❤

The breakfast was DELICIOUS there. Would come here again.
